PROJECT: Develop WISHcpd™ a modular eLearning programme

PRODUCT: WISHcpd™ - Wearable Insights Smart Health continuing professional development

INTRODUCTION

The Future Care (UK) Ltdis an SME and is seeking to develop an eLearning storyboard skeletal programme based on Future Care's (FC) vision to encourage health professionals adopt MedTech/Telecare into their work practise.

Post COVID, eLearning and in particular medical / health education is one of the fastest growing sectors. The programme is intended for use by English speaking counties with a focus on one or all countries: UK, Canada, USA, Australia.

This project would be ideal for an individual or a team, interested in the professional educational market. Helping professionals embrace technology and its potential within their current and future work practices.

While FC has the background and structure, we need the project team to help structure and develop the outline (storyboard/wire frame) content.

FC is aware of the new business potential of WISHcpd™ and actively seeks partners and or collaboration with a leading educational training supplier/educational institution. The research could be a springboard for an entrepreneurial/enterprising student(s) interested in developing a global EdTech business.

BACKGROUND

FC is working with University College London’s EdTech Labs, EDUCATE and the British Educational Suppliers Association. According to FC's research there is no accredited clinical CPD programme that informs clinicians, social services commissioners, and front-line key workers, with a programme that supports them in the power and potential of digital health, how it can change and improve work practises, patient user outcomes, implantation in their work practise and improve efficiencies. WISHcpd™ fills this knowledge/adoption gap.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE - divided into four modules:

1. Review of lifestyle and approved digital devices, medically approved Apps, and use of data,

2. Expectations, ethical concerns, and manage the clinician’s barriers to adoption.

3. Medtech integration into clinician’s work practice, diagnostics and sync with their legacy, patient record systems. This module could include a simple virtual reality (VR) option.

4. Database (DB) of MedTech/Telecare, resources that the health professional can use to identify MedTech/Telecare solutions in keeping with the patient needs and circumstances. The structure of the DB is not dissimilar to the way a doctor uses a directory/DB service of available drugs to address medical symptoms.

The end objective is a noticeable increase in the adoption of MedTech/Telecare by health professionals and their patients. The DB is almost a standalone product and revenue stream. This DB will need to be developed and populated.
