Refining our understanding of the needs, wants of the sales organizations in the following vertical markets: IT, Manufacturing, Wholesale Trade, Financial/insurance so that we can develop a more targeted approach for our products and services and provide better tailored solutions. More specifically, we would like to understand their sales challenges, sales teams structure, professional development requirements, the impact of emerging trends in their industry on their sales approach/ sales staff/ sales goals, and their ability to attract and retain sales talent.

The deliverable is a report and presentation with actionable recommendations, based on industry best practices.
