The CPSA needs to re-vamp & re-launch our Student Subscription product starting as early as fall 2019. We need you to help us gain an understanding of the student market, including the unique selling points of membership that will resonate with students and the best ways to communicate with and reach this priority market. This project will involve: Market research to develop a comprehensive report of our target market - who is our student customer, where can we reach him/her Analysis of our current student membership offering – what elements offer the most value, what are we missing A high-level competitive landscape analysis to identify similar/competing product Development of a comprehensive marketing plan based on insights from the above 3 activities
Website UI Design Consult and Plan
The Canadian Professional Sales association seeks recommendations on how to improve the user experience and interface on the benefits & savings section of our website. In particular, the savings and benefits page and hotel search directory need to be better optimized for mobile until we can invest in an app. Expected project deliverables Wireframe a more streamlined layout for our Latest Offers page directing out to key areas (travel, insurance, health/wellness, business services) Recommendations on design changes to better optimize all savings pages and individual partner landing pages for mobile (ex. Travel main page , partner landing page ) Recommendations on design changes to hotel search directory function to better optimize for mobile Recommendation of a minimum of 3 different tools we could consider investing in that will enable us to run paid advertising on the savings page (display/native ads) - 1/3 can be unbounce and how to leverage it, you will need to come up with 2 more options
Strategic Prospecting Plan
To become a proactive sales team, we need assistance developing an outreach process. We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key channels, contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market. This project may include, but is not limited to: Identifying new potential accounts that align with our current customer base. Compiling relevant market information. Building a customizable outreach script. The final project deliverable is a report including research, analysis, and recommendations. It should assist our sales team in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions.
