Here at TC Premedia, we pride ourselves in our people and building a solid workforce. We have made great strides in engaging with our employees who work within the office through regular communications throughout the building via TV's and email blasts, social events that vary from bringing food trucks onsite, BBQs, Popcorn days, and Holiday parties. However, we feel that we can do more to engage with our offsite employees to ensure they are as happy and feel as supported as their onsite counterparts.

We would like you to analyze the current degree of engagement with our employees and develop strategies to increase the engagement level across the business unit
