What is the main goal for this project?

GetGlasses.online is a Canadian E-Commerce retailer that specializes in prescription glasses, sunglasses as well as optical frames. GetGlasses Online is a new initiative fully launched in 2021 in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic, and is still in search for a brand identity, positioning and right target market. Being an e-Commerce retailer with no brick and motor presence, the company fully depends on website traffic for company growth, day-to-day operations, and sales of our eyewear products. The new website has not been easily found through organic search yet and this has limited the traffic that could translate to potential customers. We are looking for to apply their knowledge in marketing to help our organization seize a marketing opportunity, develop a strategic marketing plan, and solve a current marketing challenge..

· Curating a strong brand to attract customers

· Environmental assessment and market analysis

· Understanding why products are not selling
