Runwei™ aims to expand its feature service line by onboarding 100 partner users. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive onboarding strategy that ensures a smooth and efficient integration of partner users into Runwei's system. The project will require the team to analyze current onboarding processes, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose improvements. Learners will apply their knowledge of user experience design, process optimization, and communication strategies to create a streamlined onboarding plan. This project provides an opportunity to work on real-world challenges in user onboarding and to contribute to Runwei's growth by enhancing partner satisfaction and engagement.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a detailed onboarding strategy document, a process flowchart illustrating the proposed improvements, and a presentation summarizing the key findings and recommendations. The team will also provide a feedback mechanism to gather insights from partner users during the onboarding process. These deliverables will ensure that Runwei™ can efficiently onboard 100 partner users, enhancing their experience and engagement with the feature service line.
