MyVeloFit provides mobile, video based bike fitting services to cyclists around the world. We would like insights on how user-friendly our website and services are. We believe the best way to understand our website’s usability is through studying the User Experience and User Interface. We would like students to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of our website to identify ways to improve the user journey, incentivize our desired outcomes, and increase user satisfaction.

We are particularly interested in the following areas:

  • The registration/sign-up process
  • The checkout process
  • The process of undertaking a mobility assessment and bike fit
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Finding necessary information

Mentorship

Students can expect to receive up to 1hr/week of schedued virtual meeting time with our team to discuss the project and any needs they might have. Any other support and supervision will be provided via email as needed.
