LIOHAN is an EduTainmenTech company that empowers families to Bond, Explore, and Create together.
We are a startup company that was focused on in-person events since our incorporation in 2018. The current pandemic has enabled us to focus on creating a digital platform that delivers the same genre of high-quality engaging content such as immersive and interactive multimedia. We are currently developing a prototype of this digital platform which we will start promoting to online customers this summer.
The scope of this project is to help us create the marketing and sales automation processes to support customers through a sales funnel.
This project will include:
- Analyzing how HubSpot can be used to support our sales funnel
- Helping us create a series of automated marketing messages including an email drip campaign
- Doing market research to suggest price points we can try for our freemium product
- Setting up HubSpot to be used as our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
We are a small team and you will work closely with us to receive the information needed to successfully complete the project tasks outlined above.
Objective
By the end of this project, we should have an automated way for customers to join our email list, sign-up for our freemium app, and receive value-added communications from us to assist them through their customer journey (and our sales funnel).
