- What is the main goal for this project?

The goal of this project is to assist in modelling a lean startup operational model and communication flow to enhance processes and team communication to keep all team members in the loop as we continue to build our business. Comparisons and operational models should take into account other uber lean teams such as AngelList, etc... as well as predictors and management processes for during explosive growth periods which we predict within the next 3 months.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Researching and understanding the lean startup methodology and business strategies.
- Analyzing the current operational model and communication flow of the company.
- Developing a new operational model and communication flow that takes into account the company's goals and objectives.
- Identifying and assessing potential predictors and management processes for during explosive growth periods.
- Researching and comparing other uber lean teams such as AngelList, etc.
- Recommending strategic changes that will accelerate organizational growth and reactivity.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
