What is the main goal for this project?

Students should research best practices in HR Management of early-stage tech startups and develop materials and recommendations customized for ash in the following areas:

A. Recruitment Activities:

i. Generate attractive job descriptions/job postings for major roles a fashion tech startup recruits for: developers, salespeople, customer service, marketing, social media management, fashion stylists, finance & office management

ii. Establish standard recruitment processes for these roles

iii. Create a bank of materials for structured/behavioral type job interviews

iii. Create a bank of technical assignments for recruiting developers & data analysts

iv. Develop a dashboard to compare potential candidates (evaluation rubric)

B. Compensation Recommendation (considering Salary, Bonus, Stock Options, other):

i. Compensation range for each of the main roles mentioned - Pre-seed stage of the company

ii. Compensation range for each of the main roles mentioned - Seed stage of the company

iii. Compensation range for each of the main roles mentioned - Series A stage of the company
