The main goal of this project is to build a sales flow for The Roasters Pack's B2B oat milk sales to cafes and execute on the outreach to grow sales. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Researching the cafe market to identify potential customers.


- Developing a sales strategy and plan for B2B oat milk sales.


- Creating marketing materials and campaigns to reach potential customers.


- Executing on the outreach and sales plan.


- Tracking and analyzing the results of the outreach and sales efforts.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, learners should demonstrate:


- Understanding of the cafe market and potential customers.


- Development of a sales strategy and plan for B2B oat milk sales.


- Creation of marketing materials and campaigns to reach potential customers.


- Execution of the outreach and sales plan.

Mentorship

The CEO will have a regular, weekly check in to provide feedback, guidance and support through this. We will also provide input on the products being sold and teach the student more about what we've seen as effective tactics.
