The project also aims to find ways to motivate and celebrate success while managing heavy workloads and tight deadlines.
Analyze the current corporate structure, philosophy of leadership team and develop recommendations and insights on how to cultivate growth for individuals and the company.
A detailed report with findings and recommendations. If timing permits, a presentation summarizing the key insights is desired, but optional.
Dedicated staff available on weekly basis to discuss and provide details. Feedback can be provided as the project develops, as well as option for in-person 1-on-1 meetings.
