Our grassroots organization provides free training to increase diversity and inclusion at technology companies. To date, the nonprofit has trained over 450 unemployed people in Agile, Scrum and modern behavioral theories. As a result, over 35% of participants gain employment mostly as Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Product Owners within 90 days of taking the class.

It is the mission of The Job Hackers to provide individuals with the knowledge and experience needed to navigate the complex world of knowledge work. This is delivered by not only giving our participants valuable knowledge about software development to prepare them for real-world jobs, but by working with them and employers to ensure the proper placement of participants. Monthly Meet-ups are organized bringing past and present students together to hear updates and trends from keynote market leaders. All classes and Meet-ups are held in donated space.
