The HBA Ivey Field Project (IFP) provides companies with assistance on their strategic issues while giving students real consulting experience. Student-consultants in this program have the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that are needed to create and manage a high growth company. In essence, the are able to address the holistic and systemic nature of firm growth and what it takes to create and sustainably manage a high-growth company. As part of Ivey's core curriculum, 6 students per team partner with a company to study an enterprise issue, problem or opportunity. Supervised by a member of the Ivey faculty and mentored by a seasoned executive, IFP allows companies to receive professional consulting services from students with a variety of business skill sets.
