The goal of this course is to ensure students can apply healthcare management principles in a variety of healthcare settings. Students can expect to participate in career specific activities designed to demonstrate their understanding and ability to apply healthcare management principles in real-life healthcare settings

Students will work on one main project over 6 weeks, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.Learners in this program will be provided a culminating, integrative experience for Psychology and Social Science majors. The purpose is to provide an opportunity for students to demonstrate their mastery of learning outcomes associated with the major. Learners will self-select a practicum experience that can be completed within the duration of the course that will provide evidence of their subject matter learning, as well as provide a benefit to themselves and a participating organization.

Students will work on one main project over 6 weeks, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.Learners in this program will focus on effective management of projects and of the teams responsible for project implementation. This course covers fundamental theory and practice of project management in an organizational setting. Students learn to apply knowledge, skills, tools and techniques necessary for effective functioning in a project environment. The course focuses on team lifecycle and dynamics. The course will also provide insights into the leadership processes related to team development.

Our learners will work in groups to conduct a communication audit based on available data, such as social media posts and engagement metrics. Doing more with limited resources is a common challenge for communications professionals. Get help with assessing what is really working for you and where you can limit your investment. Share your communication challenge with us, and we will dig into the data and share insights.
