It was very quick and easy to move through the approval and acceptance process, and into the live project. I appreciate that my time was respected; I was able to engage, administer, and complete our project with no red tape.

It was easy to set my project up.

Working with the ICT Ignite team on the Premiumreal Technologies Inc frontend web project was collaborative. The onboarding process was intuitive and we got quick responses from support when needed. The team needs to do better with providing the CV of the talent and the end date.

Great program and talent!

Took some time getting used to the platform and when I started, I wasn't shown any of the neat videos, that I have since found. I still think that the company side should have an overview of how things should happen on the student's side so they can do minor direction to assist with questions that invariably come up. The program as a whole is very beneficial to students, and startups, and the economy I believe so I definitely support it, and it's cause.

This would have been the very first project I did with riipen, as such at the time, the entire platform was extremely new and every application I submitted had been denied, then when I asked why, it took somewhere around 2 weeks plus to finally get a reply, supposedly the reply had occurred somewhere else (that to this day I have no idea where it is ha ha) but the start was very rough for me taking nearly 3 months to finally get a full team of 4 students to start even the most basic task. What I found incredibly surprising was afterwards, in under a month I had all the students I wanted. I strongly support this platform but for a new user there should be some level of onboarding to help them with things.

As one gets used to the system and learns the system the system does get easier to use and more streamlined. I do still get questions from the students on how to submit their hours and project sections, so there are still some pieces missing from the training side of things. I found the ability to connect with coordinators much more efficient now and better for all involved. I look forward to the progress of the program as we move forward. I do strongly support Riipen as it is a way to help startups, students and the economy in one step. Really great idea
