Skilled Talent for Your AI Projects – 150 hour, 4-Week Experience Riipen and Climb Hire have joined forces to bridge the gap between untapped talent and real-world work experience. This initiative connects forward-thinking employers with skilled, job-ready professionals from Climb Hire’s programs. This program provides accessible internships to support a thriving, skills-first digital tech workforce. Submit a project here for the Climb Hire AI Pathways team to review.  Once approved, you will be matched with 3-5 participants. Each participant will complete 30 hours of work, totalling up to 150 hours for your project. Projects will start Tuesday August 26th, 2025 ending by Friday Sept 19th, 2025 . Learners in this program have the following AI essential skills :  Introduction to AI Understanding foundational AI concepts Learning the capabilities and limitations of AI tools Integrating AI into workplace tasks effectively Maximizing Productivity with AI Tools Using generative AI tools to streamline workflows and boost efficiency Identifying tasks that AI can enhance to save time and improve output  Prompt Engineering Crafting effective prompts for conversational AI tools Applying prompt engineering to creative tasks like brainstorming, content generation, and problem-solving.   Using AI Responsibly Recognizing ethical considerations in AI use, including bias and harm prevention Understanding data ethics, security awareness, and information privacy in AI applications Staying Ahead of the AI Curve Keeping up with advancements in AI tools and technologies Developing an innovative mindset and adapting to evolving workplace demands

Skilled Talent for Your IT Support Projects – 150 hour, 4-Week Experience Riipen and Climb Hire have joined forces to bridge the gap between untapped talent and real-world work experience. This initiative connects forward-thinking employers with skilled, job-ready professionals from Climb Hire’s programs. This program provides accessible internships to support a thriving, skills-first digital tech workforce. Submit a project here for the Climb Hire team to review.  Once approved, you will be matched with 3-5 participants. Each participant will complete 30 hours of work, totalling up to 150 hours for your project. Projects will start Monday June 16th, 2025 ending by Friday July 11th, 2025 . Climbers come with a practical understanding of Information Technology and a a deep understanding of mobile devices, networking, hardware, troubleshooting, virtualization and cloud computing. They have completed multiple CompTIA A+ certifications.

After reviewing the presentation, my comments are the following. The overall information is general and not specific to the Event Essentials needs that were conveyed to this team. There were some “Maybes” but no actionable tasks other than to research, which is what we were asking of them in this project. The main focus of the results were for a convention, tradeshow, or conference platform to help with attendee experience. We focus on attracting organizers of street fairs and music/food festivals with our Five Star SaaS platform of services.
