Ann was excellent to work with. Sadly however the accountability for the output was lacking. We have done several projects with university students, including 1600 undergraduates at Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada, and this was by far the poorest quality output to date. I hate to say this, but I would not have provided a passing grade for this assignment. Nothing provided was useable, and follow up was not done as promised by the student.

Their enthusiasm and fresh perspectives, particularly in digital marketing, have provided us with valuable insights that we hadn’t considered before. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ann and her students. Her wealth and breadth of theoretical and practical knowledge are a valuable asset to both businesses and students.
