Our initial experience with the client was good, but there were some issues internally to the company that affected client commitment. They did not show up to the final meeting which was disappointing to students, and they wanted to do a couple of the meetings via email. The experience may not have met their expectations, but it would have been nice if they would have stuck to the client commitments of interacting with the students.
