They were very professional and respectful. It was had to get communication during the project. The responses to my questions were often delayed. I could not send pictures or videos with the link that was given. I ended up using WeTransfer. I was disappointed that my website was not updated. Their dialogue in the Zoom calls was excellent and verbal advice was helpful. I managed to line up a film team on their recommendation. It was the best result of the venture
