In our brief time working with Becca, she continued to impress us through her thoughtful drive and genuine care for those she collaborates with and designs for. Becca's drive and professionalism is commendable, especially as an up and coming designer. Becca seems to bring a well developed skillset from her experience in program management which will be an asset to her as she continues to grow and excel as a UX designer. Throughout her work with us, she demonstrated the ability to balance being a learner who seeks out feedback and values growth, with being a confident and polished leader and presenter. It is evident that Becca has a genuine care and aptitude for creating inclusive experiences that are valuable and meaningful for everyone, not just for some (whether that be ensuring all on the product team feel heard and respected, or ensuring all of the users of an experience she designs are thought of and considered). Becca is positioned to be a tremendous value add to any design team.
