Deliverables

Generally, our projects are two part...the first is a written report. This includes a typical business style report including an Executive Summary, Introduction/Background, Analysis, Findings, Recommendations, Conclusion, References/Appendix. The second part is usually a video presentation about the project.

These would be shared with the industry partner at the end of the semester.

Project Examples

Our last project was with a small hotel and cafe resort in Quebec that was not drawing many visitors. They asked for our help to determine why and recommend solutions to their problem. The students worked with the resort to come up with additional activities, redesigned their website, and made marketing suggestions that were well received by the resort.
