Overview
Details

Increasingly, workers are in close daily contact with people from different backgrounds. While this can add vibrancy and interest to the workplace culture, it can also increase friction as employees struggle to be understood across cultural divides. Organizations that take a proactive approach to create a positive, diverse workplace are more likely to benefit from the breadth of knowledge, skills, and perspectives diversity offers while mitigating some of the more negative effects that can arise as employees negotiate their differences. Students will help your organization to ensure well functioning diverse teams and workgroups through the goals outlined below.
