Overview
Details

Do you want to improve employee engagement, motivation and productivity? Then bring in students from National University’s Master of Science (MS) in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology program to see how they can help you to maximize your organization and employee potential through the application of evidence-based science. Students will work on one main project for 8-10 hours per week over the course of 12 weeks, connecting with you weekly with virtual communication tools.

Important Note: We accept projects on an ongoing basis, depending on the availability of students. As a result, the timeline for project completion can be flexible. Once matched with this experience, please note that the project may be put on hold until a student is assigned to it.

I/O Psychology is the study of human behavior in the workplace.
