🎓 Welcome to Conestoga's Organizational Consulting Skills Capstone Program!

The Capstone enables the students to apply their knowledge while providing employers with resources to complete end-to-end consulting HR projects. This capstone experience is divided into two vital sections: Capstone 1 and Capstone 2.

Capstone 1 kicks off in the Fall 2023 semester, and we're urging employers to act quickly. During this phase, students will work closely with you to craft a comprehensive project proposal, tailored to your specific HR consultancy needs. This proposal will be in progress by mid-November, so don't wait—apply ASAP to secure your spot!

Capstone 2, the project implementation phase, follows Capstone 1. Once the proposal is refined and approved, students will dive into the project, applying their acquired skills and knowledge to provide valuable solutions.

Conestoga College is hosting several experience pages, each managed by different educators, and with diverse learner profiles. Please exercise caution when submitting match requests, as some experiences may already be filled, while others are eager for your projects. Ensure you select the right experience for your project.

Application Process for Employers:

Employers have two convenient options to submit a match proposal:

Option 1: If you have a tailored project in mind, please submit it to match this experience page. However, we encourage you to provide detailed project scopes rather than broad descriptions.

Option 2: Don't have a specific project but want to collaborate? No problem. Take advantage of our project template available on this experience page:

  1. Visit the "Templates" tab on this page.
  2. Choose the template that best aligns with your project's scope and review its content.
  3. Click "Use template."
  4. You'll be guided to the project wizard to fill in any additional information and make necessary adjustments.
  5. If you encounter any doubts about this process, please refer to this helpful article: Project Templates Guide. We're excited to embark on this collaborative journey with you and our dedicated students!
