3rd and 4th year management (BBA) students working in 3-6 person teams will conduct research and develop an actionable strategy and make recommendations to solve a leadership training challenge faced by your organization, stakeholders, and/or clients.

Teams of students will make 15 minute virtual synchronous team presentations and submit slide decks along with training materials (in appendix)

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Develop leadership skills training programs using experiential and virtual learning methods
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Provide relevant company or industry data as needed per the description of the project

Be available for an initial virtual call with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.

Provide a dedicated contact who is available for presentation sessions

Virtually attend final student team presentations sessions that involve 15 min/ presentation, 8 teams/session, 5 min employer q&a with student teams
