Details

This course covers the full training life cycle, including conducting a needs analysis, developing training objectives and training plans, choosing training methods, considering transfer of training in training design, and understanding strategic and international training and development issues.

Deliverables

Deliverables would be developed in accordance with company needs, but may include written reports, presentations, training materials, etc.

Project Examples

1. Conducting a training needs analysis.

2. Developing training plans or programs.

3. Assessing effectiveness of current training programs and making recommendations for improvement.

4. Developing and conducting training sessions (virutal).

Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Participate in a virtual class to discuss the company and the project.

Participate in a virtual final project presentation session.

Be available for a quick phone call with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.

Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.

Provide feedback to the instructor and students for the grading of projects.
