Details

Students in Master in Supply Chain Management program will apply their professional knowledge and techniques in helping your company enhance business process and operational decision making at both the strategic and daily operational levels.

The entire project will be closely supervised by full-time research faculty members at the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University to ensure its quality.

Deliverables
  • A comprehensive report (20 page +) containing recommendations/solutions with theoretical and analytical/empirical backup.
  • An executive report (1-2 pages) for the purpose of summarization and communication.
  • A 1hr presentation including Q&A detailing the solution and underlying methodology and theories.
Project Examples
  • Review internal business process and external supply chain environment, and identify potential improvements on the strategic level.
  • Develop risk management tools to ensure operational resilience for a given project or department.
  • Develop and fine-tuning your existing production/logistic/service schedule.
  • Think out of the box to make your company more competitive.

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
