Requirements
Starting this August, MBA student-consultations will spend about 70 hours per group of 2-3 assessing a challenging process within your organization to provide optimization recommendations.
Based on your challenges and objectives, students will research and document your organization's processes, refer to best practices, and develop a tailored recommendation for optimization. These recommendations will aim to increase your overall productivity and efficiency.
Project scope may include, but is not limited to:
- Identifying best-practice processes.
- Workflow automation.
- Simulation of business processes.
- Designing a strategic enterprise IT management system.
