Learner goals and capabilities

My learners are juniors and seniors at a nationally recognized four year residential liberal arts college located in the Midwest. Most of the learners are Business Administration majors, and all have an interest in Marketing (the course is an upper level Marketing course). They are curious and creative, and they are motivated to apply their skills to interesting and meaningful projects, large and small.

The course enrollment is this upper level marketing course is 6 students, which provides some flexibility in assigning students to employers/projects, including hours assigned.
