Bring on graduate level students at Adler University to analyze your challenge and develop a robust solution.
Working in an organizational setting enables students to develop the ability to bring their academic training to bear on practical problems in diverse situations and to develop a critical appreciation of the roles and functions of organizational psychology practitioners in organizations and the community. Students also gain insight into the constraints that apply in work environments and the relationships that exist between theory and practice. Upon completion of the Organizational Psychology Practicum, students will be able to demonstrate behaviour consistent with a beginning level of independent practice as an organizational psychology practitioner as well as a supervisor, and thus be enabled to direct the professional work of junior colleagues.
Depending on the needs of the organization, the deliverables can take the form of reports, completed assessment materials, learning, training and development materials, or other final products.
