Steps for Matching:

  • Match Request Submission: Employers will submit a match request, initiating a video call where I, as the professor, will discuss the project's suitability with the employer.
  • Pre-Approval: If mutual agreement is reached, both parties confirm the match on the Riipen platform, signifying initial approval at this stage.
  • Students Choosing: Pre-approved projects become available for students to individually select, aligning their interests and skills with the projects they find most compelling.
  • Collaboration Starts: All communication takes place on the Riipen platform, ensuring a seamless experience for educators, employers, and learners.
