A group of five student-consultants, specialized in data-driven decision-making, will help your organization by designing and then implementing analytical research to support your decision-making.

After the group of student-consultants spend +320 hours of work for your company, they will submit a 4 to 10-pagereport on the data findings and their recommendations on how to proceed.

Project Examples

A group of five student-consultants, specialized in data-driven decision-making, will help your organization by designing and then implementing analytical research to support your decision-making. Past project scopes have included, but are not limited to:

  • Using CRM data understand purchasing behaviour
  • Using CRM data to help automate sales functions
  • Finding software solutions to manage problems
  • Upgrading the platform of an e-commerce business
  • Using google analytics to adjust website user-flow
  • Using 3rd-party data to determine market opportunities
Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Treat the data analysts as entry-level contractors

Be available for a 1-hour interview at the start of the project (virtual or in person) to make sure students understand your company and its needs

Attend scheduled biweekly meetings (up to 90 minutes) to make sure the project is on track

Provide requisite information and data so that the project can progress (NDAs can be signed)

Be willing to review and rate the work of up to three student groups
