competitive analysis communication researchStudents in groups of 4-6 will work with your company to identify your needs and provide actionable recommendations, based on their in-depth research and analysis. The students can show you the gaps between expectations, actions, and communication be it related to morale, the effectiveness of your organizational structure and systems, and the powerful role your organizational culture plays.
- A 10-15 minute presentation of key findings and recommendations.
- A detailed report (20-25 pages) including their research, analysis, insights, and recommendations

Project Examples
Project examples that students can complete may include, but are not limited to:
- Developing framework that can help in developing an inclusive organizational culture that lead to organizational effectiveness
- Applying OB and HRM industry-specific best practices to develop/ design organizational level policies and recommendations.
- Developing a plan to address absenteeism/employee turnover
- Designing strategies to improve the performance management system
- Understanding the key issues in group dynamics and develop strategies for managing the group process
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
A representative of the company will be available to answer questions from students in a timely manner for the duration of the project.
A representative of the company will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the administrator of the course to review the project scope.
