1 hour meeting between students and company during the assigned class time to confirm: project scope, project expectations, communication style and frequency, and important dates.

Students will presesnt their projects with problem identification and proposed solutions to the clients during assigned class time. The client is expected to attend the 2 hours class session where the presentations will be delivered.

In this course students will gain knowledge of concepts such as Employer branding, Talent acquisition and retention, recruitment, selection, training and performance management.

Students can critically analyse the problems faced by companies and apply relevant theoretical frame works + suggest many valuable solutions based on their working experince. To this end students can produce business reports or group presentation of their proposed strategies aimed at solving the industry issues.

Our MBA students have already worked with Canadian companies and helped them with many projects. Additionally, some of our students are experienced professionals with indepth industry knowledge.

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.
Be available for a quick phone call/video call (Zoom meeting - TEAMS meeting) with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.
