Project Examples

Requirements

Student groups of 4-5 will analyze a political, economic, and cultural environment including trade agreements and risks associated with the country. Based on their research, they will create a strategy and give recommendations on how your organization can penetrate the market.

The students insights and research will help you to develop or improve an international expansion or international sales strategy. Your goals and needs will direct the focus of the students' research, so they provide you with practical, actionable recommendations.

Possible project examples include but are not limited to:

  • Product expansion into a new foreign market
  • Service expansion into a new foreign market
  • Company expansion into a new foreign market
