Details

Is your organization in the retail industry? Would you like to gain a better understanding of how to enhance customer experiences both in and out of the physical store? In this project, student-consultants working in teams bring their knowledge of retail and services management as well as online retailing. The students can look at critical topics such as retail customer buying behaviour, merchandising, design and layout, retail pricing, promotion and customer loyalty.
