Through an in-depth understanding of business, corporate, and network-level strategies it intends to create an extensive knowledge of the modern business world. Students will get familiar with international strategies, collaborative innovation strategies, and digital platform strategies to develop strategic decision-making. The approach adopted includes lectures, case analyses, and action learning through group efforts. These develop skills for strategic thinking and analysis, in leadership, communication, teamwork, and cross-functional integration.
The final project deliverables might include:
- Detailed strategy outline and innovation-driven solutions
- A strategic management outline report
- Oral presentation by the group

Students in groups will work with your company to identify your needs and provide actionable recommendations, based on their in-depth research and analysis.
Project examples that students can complete may include, but are not limited to:
- Application-based case analysis
- Analyze the scenario, formulate, implement and evaluate the strategies
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
