computing it security networks programming cybersecurityWe have two students studying computer science and cybersecurity who are looking for 35-45 hour internships in the tech field and are ready to begin anytime of the coming months.
St. Cloud students who major in cybersecurity will work on issues with global impact in a field that is evolving almost daily. They learn to assess the security needs of a computer and network system, recommend safeguards and manage the implementation and maintenance of security devices, systems and procedures to protect it. They study databases and programming and the theories on computer networks and security and how to apply them to real-world problem solving. And they learn to think critically and be creative and innovative in solving new problems that arise in this ever-changing field.
Our students have experience working with:
- Programming languages such as C++, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Python
- Linux systems and Windows 10 Admin
