Students have examined the interrelationship among functional areas of a business enterprise; specifically, human resources, operations management, marketing and sales, and accounting and finance. Students have developed an understanding of how these functional areas of business are impacted as the economy, technology, global competition, and consumer decision making continue to evolve.
Throughout this course students have developed and enhanced their ability to work effectively in teams, conduct research, analyze cases, and will begin to develop the skills and confidence requisite to delivering professional business presentations. These essential business skills have prepared our students for the professional demands of working on a project with your organization.

Sample areas of focus for the students include, but are not limited to:

- Providing an international expansion strategy for a growing business.
- Conceiving, designing and developing marketing initiatives/strategy

- Developing SWOT analyses, Competitor information, Goal Definition, Inspired Ideas, , Action Steps, Strategy Review tools
- Identifying the scope of a certain technology within a particular sector (ex. financial); understanding best practices for implementing this technology across the globe and developing strategies to position your company
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
Provide an evaluation of the project's meeting scope and expectations
Availability of required company information to support the project deadlines
Provide a dedicated contact to answer periodic emails and or questions from students throughout the term.
