Working on the CAYOP grant proposal writing project has been an incredibly rewarding experience, significantly boosting my confidence and refining my research and writing skills. Working with CAYOP opened up possibilities for me to start my own contracting business by teaching me crucial entrepreneurial skills such as strategic planning, market analysis, and client engagement. Collaborating closely with CAYOP improved my teamwork abilities through a strong feedback loop that allowed us to make continuous improvements while achieving high standards. Overall, this transformative journey expanded my skill set far beyond academic tasks, opening up new career opportunities for me.
