Scrum Master Assistant for Swatcloud marketplace

The main goal of this project is to create a Scrum Master Assistant for Swatcloud. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Learning about the company's goals, mission, and products.- Developing a software to assist the Scrum Master in managing tasks and tracking progress.- Optimizing software runtime performance and assessing areas for improvement.- Researching other variables that can improve the effectiveness of the Scrum Master Assistant.- Accounting for additional variables in the software.- Testing the developed software and making improvements based on additional data.

Scrum Master Assistant for Swatcloud

Details: We are looking for students to act as a Scrum Master Assistant in making sure that teams value their agile behaviours while managing the other parts of necessary projects on Swatcloud (www.swatcloud.com). Students will support managing team needs and clearing obstacles to ensure the team can complete their tasks with little problems.Project will be split into scrums totalling 80 hours completed How scrums are divided will be decided based on the size and nature of the projectWe have several projects in ML, Web , Mobile and Fintech.

Swatcloud addresses the needs of SMBs and SMEs contributed by Siliconvalley4u academy students. This also includes tech platforms from partners to accelerate the product development cycle. Students contribute with all aspects of product.
