ITechSkills Centre is a non-for-profit, community-based organization committed to assisting individuals to enhance their knowledge of Information Technology (IT) either for employment or in their day-to-day life using technology with a focus on individuals who identify as new immigrants, First Nations, Inuit or Métis, racial minorities, women or youth and persons who were previously incarcerated. ITechSkills Academy is a Training Center and an Authorized Testing Center. Our academy provides courses which can help individuals to upgrade their skills and advance their career.

Digital Marketing Strategy Plan
We want students to help us build a digital marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our sales. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals? How should we promote our company to generate more leads for our courses, either in-person or online. How do we market our online classes differently from our in-person ones?
