Product Sales Optimization Project

Using AI and Web3/Blockchain technology, we convert a simple excel spreadsheet with excess inventory listings (finished goods, parts, materials, and excess infrastructure purchases), into a data rich online product listings that are marketed and sold via online ecommerce channels, as well as modern outreach sales methods. We have over 26,000 SKUs, with over 3000 brands, and hundreds of categories. The main objectives of this project are to: 1. Be assigned a few categories or SKUs 2. Optimize Product Listings to enhance traffic and SEO rankings 3. Build a Strategy to Market Products for the assigned Category (i.e. email campaign, blog posts, social posts) 4. Execute on Marketing and Sales Strategy 5. Drive traffic and sales to our website and product listings, and converting on sales.
