PetNation is a veterinarian health platform that includes a virtual platform and 24/7 physical centres and provides subscription-based full-service care to members. Our vision is to ensure pets get the care they need when they need it saving hundreds of thousands of animals' lives.
Working with a multidisciplinary team of students we are creating a unique online and in-clinic experience for PetParents. The project goals are to identify pricing options for our new services.
We are seeking creative students to assist us to identify potential PetParent customers, and enhancing our understanding of pricing drivers, concerns and sensitivity We have already done some very innovative work that we can share to demonstrate the value of our unique approach.

What is the main goal of the project? The goal is to have students work with senior leaders to design and produce a marketing and advertising roadmap for the launch of a disruptive pet healthcare platform. Ideally, we would like to beta-test a few ideas with our ideal target market but are flexible to work with students and faculty to achieve a win-win-win scenario.

What is the main goal of the project? The goal is to gain insights on how to best communicate and launch a new and disruptive veterinary care platform and business model in Ontario.
Communicating A New Professional Pet Health Care Service
What is the main goal of the project? The goal is to have students write a series of journalist-quality pieces on pet health care that amplify the need for change featuring PetNation as a potential solution. For efficiency, a single set of research and interviews can be used to construct all pieces including one long-form, and at least 2 supporting short pieces (500 words) with headlines for use in social media.

What is the main goal of the project? The goal is to understand how key veterinarian competitors address consumer needs and wants in Canada and what makes key brands appealing to different consumers.
