Although the role was initially unassigned to me, I am grateful for your support and encouragement as I stepped up to take on leadership responsibilities. Managing meetings, writing meeting minutes, and coordinating with team members has been an enriching experience that has allowed me to grow as a communicator, conflict manager, and organizer. Your openness to allowing me to take on this leadership role speaks volumes about your leadership style. You foster an environment where individuals can step up and grow, and I am truly grateful for that. This opportunity has not only allowed me to develop valuable skills highly valued in the workplace but has also instilled in me a sense of confidence in my abilities. Working with VCO was a great experience and I learned many skills through this opportunity.

I had a wonderful time working with Mary Lee and Rosa Cheng. The history and culture behind VCO is truly unique and incomparable. I came into the project hoping to expand my skills and experience, however I gained much more than that. I gained a brief understanding of Cantonese culture and history as well as the beauty behind the opera. Mary is a great team leader to work with and is understanding when it comes to personal circumstances. I 10/10 recommend working with her and VCO.
