The company was good and had a good mission, however it wasn't the best fit personality and it wasn't very easy to decipher the tasks and structure which led to an unsatisfactory experience.

It was a good experience. I get to learn a lot more of researching and analysing materials.

It a great learning experience for anybody who is interested in learning about software development. The employer and supervisor both focus more on the learing process for us as interns rather than on results. They spent an extensive amount of time preparing me for what was to come for the actual job and when I finally was able to get to it, it became easier for me.

Sonya is such an incredible mentor and will give you new perspectives and teach you thought processes you just don’t get taught in school. A really awesome opportunity!

Peer Circles by weDstll is a great project that I hope more junior designers get the chance to work on.

My experience With Sonya was educational. I learned about research tools like market line advantage and applied this knowledge to the reports I created. I think a more focused drawn-out project timeline would have maximized my work. I was handed out a task such as creating a pastel, or 5 forces, and a business overview, but only focus on the market portion. While working on this, I kept receiving new info like a focus on the wellness industry, then ai companies, then focusing on CRM. Also, a lot of pressure was put on me by saying all other portions of the business depend on my market research.
