The property is situated in a flood plain, necessitating clearances from local governing authorities. Students will need to apply their knowledge of environmental science, urban planning, and communication skills to navigate municipal guidelines and regulations. The project involves site visits, research, and direct communication with local government agencies and potential contractors. The ultimate aim is to create a sustainable, visitor-friendly space that aligns with Zero Main Inc.'s eco-friendly mission.

"Zero Main Inc" Website Development

Our new sustainability company needs a continuing web presence. We would like to continue building our new website by coordinating with previous Riipen Level-up students who are working on the merchandising and live casting components. Tasks include testing live cast camera compatibilities with web-based platforms, adding new products to the website and improving the advertising of those products. Students would also need to know of WooCommerce, Elementor in addition to site building tools such as Wix, Webflow, and WordPress. Students will need to read prior Riipen student project exit reports to suggest and implement ways of improving the website. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching different site-building tools for new tasks identified by company leadership and their associated advantages / disadvantages. Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable given current website set up. Improve on the website, with our assistance in providing the content. Provide training on updating and maintaining the website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.

Business Analysis For Zero Main Inc.

The main goal for the project is to analyze the business landscape including competitors in the space of Zero Main Inc., with a main focus on solving global sustainability problems like Zero Hunger (UN SDG 2). This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Researching and understanding the sustainable technologies and experiences offered by Zero Main Inc. - Analyzing the market and identifying competitors in the global sustainability space. - Conducting a SWOT analysis to understand the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market. - Identifying potential partnerships and collaborations for Zero Main Inc. - Developing a comprehensive report on the business landscape and competitors.

Zero Main St. Real Estate Development

Undeveloped 1/4 acre requires clearances from the government to allow improvement of said property. We require appropriate paperwork that allows Zero Main St. to be revenue generating. Possible structural development such as a gazebo (which will facilitate service delivery) is one of the potential minimally intrusive structures. The goal is to let the natural nature of this location be undisturbed.
