The main goal of this project is to create a business plan for Yes2Amazing, a company that provides professional advisory services to professional immigrant women to help them identify, strategize, and action solutions to the barriers they face in progressing in their careers, businesses, and personal lives. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Researching the current market and identifying potential customers.- Developing a comprehensive business plan that outlines the company’s services, pricing structure, and marketing strategy.- Developing a budget and financial projections for the first three years of operations.- Developing a customer service plan to ensure customer satisfaction.- Researching and developing a strategy to ensure the company’s sustainability.
Virtual Marketing Strategist Intern
The primary focus for the student will be: (Include a few examples of marketing projects as seen below)Develop and implement a marketing strategy - provide content suggestions and recommendations to increase search visibility.Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market.Evaluate our current customer base and make recommendations; review our prospect messaging, make improvement recommendations, and create new outreach content.Develop and implement an SEO strategy; provide content suggestions and recommendations to increase search visibility.Conduct an audit of our current social media presence and/or other current communication channels.

We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.
