Non-Profit Grant Development Specialist

We are looking for assistance in finding and completing grant applications that support our mission and vision statement. Reporting to the President & Board, this position will make a direct contribution to support the completion of major funding initiatives related to municipal, provincial, federal and private sources. The successful candidate will work closely with the President and the Board on improving the quality of proposals and reports to external stakeholders, particularly government agencies. We believe this project will include: The Grant Development Specialist will manage the writing process of proposals, tailored to the community research and operating/projects/programs areas prioritized at MSF. The Grant Development Specialist will work with Board, President, research and training leaders to improve the nuance of their communications in funding proposals and government reporting.

The goal of this project is to redesign the website to improve user experience, accessibility, and visual appeal, ensuring it aligns with contemporary web standards. This project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their skills in web design, user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, and front-end development. We are seeking a creative and dynamic website designer & programmer to inform, educate and respond to the expectations and needs of a constantly evolving ethno-cultural clientele and members. The website must be secure, modern, dynamic and reflect the new priorities of the Madeleine-Sanam Foundation. -It must also reflect the current context of online work (interactive online workshops, newsletter subscription, membership, etc..) - Allow for more efficient updating of content and make room for new types of content (membership types - donations - interactive workshops-forum) -The Madeleine-Sanam Foundation's website must allow the various members and target audiences to find their way around quickly and easily.
